Please note we do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18.

We do not accept pets. Except guide dogs. 

We are not insured for children under the age of 16, so we cannot accept them under any circumstances.

All damages have to be paid for. Please be prepared to give your credit card details during the booking process. Any damages, No shows or late cancellation ( outside of the cancellation policy explained below ) will be charged to the card given.

How to pay your deposit.

When you have made a booking with us you will be asked to make a £20.00 deposit. This can be done either by giving us your card details to process or you can make your deposit on our Make a payment page by selecting the first option of £20.00. Alternatively you can send a cheque in the post. Once a deposit is received we will confirm your booking in writing or by email, whichever you prefer.

Please note all deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy.

Should you need to cancel your booking the following policy is applied. 

We require that you give at least 72 hours notice. If you cancel in excess of 72 hours, we just keep your £20.00 deposit.

Within 72 hours we require that the first night of the total booking is paid for, per room booked. However if we are able to re-let the room at short notice, we will only keep the £20.00 deposit.

The cancellation policy is defined in this example. If you have a booking for Friday night, you would need to cancel before 4pm on the Tuesday this is the stated 72 hours.

All deposits that are kept will be honoured against any future bookings.

Conduct at Keston House.

We hope that all guests enjoy their stay at Keston House. However we do require a level of good conduct.

Guests are requested that during the hours of 11pm and 7.30am noise levels are kept to an acceptable level. Any guests that cause unacceptable noise or disruption inside or outside the property will not be tolerated and asked to leave no matter what time of the night. This is for the benefit of other guests and our neighbours. If you are asked to leave you will still be charged.

We ask that guests arrive between 4pm and 6pm, if you need to arrive at a different time please contact us and we will be happy to help.

PLEASE NOTE. We do not allow guests to arrive and initially check in after 10pm .You must check in with us first earlier and then you will be given a key to come and go as you please.

Please ask us at time of booking if there is any other information you require to help with your stay. We want you to enjoy your stay with us at Keston House and guest satisfaction is a priority for us.
